Shipping & Delivery


Most orders are shipped UPS or FedEx ground unless U.S. Mail is requested. For UPS and FedEx we must have a street address as we cannot ship UPS or FedEx to a PO Box.

Nu-Botanics makes every attempt to ship U.S. Priority Mail, but if the amount enclosed for shipping does not cover Priority Mail we will ship the package U.S. Ground.

DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS. Shipping charges may change without notice. If shipping costs are more than quoted by our website we will contact you with the correct shipping amount.


If you decide to refuse any shipments from Nu-Botanics, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments) and the cost of returning the package to Nu-Botanics. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.


Should packages being received be damaged, broken or opened resulting in shortage of merchandise in that particular package the delivery driver must mark this on his or her delivery sheet before you sign as having received the shipment. Immediately file a claim with the carrier. Retain the merchandise and packaging material for inspection by carrier. You cannot recover for damages without these items. Packaging is done very carefully, however due to bulky packaging items can go unnoticed between the packaging materials. It is important you check immediately that you received all the items listed as shipped on your packing slip before discarding packaging. If you see that an item and/or items are missing you must file a claim to Nu-Botanics within 5 days of receipt of order.

Privacy & Security

Nu-Botanics is committed to protecting your privacy. We want to make your visit with us enjoyable and carefree. Account information that you supply will only be used to process requested transactions or to contact you regarding a particular transaction.

Nu-Botanics will not disclose customer information to any outside organizations without prior consent from the customer. If you chose to be on our mailing list we may also use your contact information to contact you regarding new products, features or special promotions. If you wish not to receive any such communications you may remove yourself from our lists by logging into your account and clicking on subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletter. You may also remove yourself from our mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link that is present in all promotional emails. Returns & Replacements

All Sales are Final and no Returned Merchandise is accepted unless authorization has been given. All claims must be made within 5 days from receipt of order. There is a 10% restocking charge on each order unless fault or error is ours. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless fault or error is ours and authorization was given. Please open your parcels immediately and inspect for damage or shortages. If your order has been processed and/or picked and you request the order to be canceled before it ships there is a 15% restocking fee.


Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays and will ship within 72 hours pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM PST will begin processing the next business day and will ship within 72 hours. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. Nu-Botanics will contact you with a follow-up email if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.

How will I know that my order was accepted?

After you click "Place Order" an e-mail confirmation including an order number will be sent to the e-mail address entered when the order was placed. You can also check the status of your order by logging into My Account. Click on “My Orders” to review order status.

When will I be charged?

Once your order is placed your credit card will be authorized. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with appropriate shipping and tax, where applicable. Orders are subject to verification and acceptance before shipping. We are not responsible for errors made during order, address or credit card entry.

Back Order Policy

Nu-Botanics does not backorder. If we cannot fill your order complete within a reasonable amount of time, we will ship your order less the missing item/s. If payment method is credit card we will only charge you for items shipped.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions





Nu-Botanics is required to charge local sales tax in states where we have a physical presence. We collect tax for deliveries to California.

To view your orders, go ahead and sign in to your account, then click on Orders to track your current orders or view your order history with Nu-Botanics.

Updating Account Information

We recommend you to keep your account information up to date so you can receive information about our promotions and new products. It is also good to keep your shipping information up to date so we can ship your products to the right address.
